Construction Update: Community Improvements in Caldwell

We are investing in the Caldwell community to make the buildings more comfortable for tenants and guests. The buildings were constructed in 1973 and these improvements will increase tenant comfort, energy efficiency and beautify the community.  

1465 and 1475 Caldwell 

At 1465 and 1475 Caldwell, new steel cladding – on the exterior walls and extra insulation with air and moisture barriers will make heating more efficient and reduce air and water leakage. All stairwells will also receive new windows.  

1485 Caldwell 

The cladding was replaced at 1485 in 2021. Now the focus is on the building’s common areas. The new paint, lighting, baseboards, flooring and signage will make the building more welcoming for tenants and guests.
