Elevators are to be replaced in the following communities:

• 379 Gilmour
• 1355 Clementine
• 215 Wurtemberg
• 31 McEwen
• 415 McLaren
• 865 Gladstone
• 1909 Russell
• 1433 Mayview
• 1030 Du Père Charlebois
• 170 Gloucester

Investment

The elevator modernization project is expected to cost approximately $4M.

Status: In Progress
Elevators have been replaced at 395 Parkdale and 31 Van Lang, with 1041 Wellington and 500 St. Laurent to be completed in the coming months.
