Exciting Update: Ramsey Reopens, Chapel to Undergo Renovations to Serve You Better  

We are so happy to announce the Tenant Service Centre at 1065 Ramsey Cres. was opened to tenants on Aug. 6. The office has been closed for renovations and service upgrades to serve you better.  

Other changes 

We are working towards making changes to all Tenant Service Centres. That’s why we will be temporarily closing the 731 Chapel Cres. We thank you for your patience with the closure and we will keep tenants informed when the office reopens.  

What Changes Will Be Made?   

There will be improvements to our renovated offices, which we also call Tenant Service Centres. That will include: 

• Larger space to assist tenants, including four front desks at Ramsey, and eight at Chapel  

• Timely services, tenants will get the help they need all in one appointment and space  

How can you reach us while Chapel is closed? 

We understand the inconvenience Chapel’s temporary closure represents for some of you and thank you for your patience while we work to improve the Service Centre.  

In the meantime, you can get in touch with us through,
