To find out more about Rogers Connected to Success and the plans available with different speed options, contact a Connected to Success agent today by calling 1-866-689-0758, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) or Saturday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST), or visit their website at https://connectedforsuccess.ca/.
- ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO SIGN UP
Please contact Rogers Connected for Success at 1-866-689-0758, and identify you are an OCH tenant and provide your address to be eligible.
- WILL I BE CHARGED FEES ABOVE THE MONTLY RATE FOR MY PLAN PLUS TAX?
There are no additional fees beyond your monthly plan plus applicable taxes. If there are any unexplained charges beyond the monthly rate, contact Rogers Connected for Success for assistance. Please note that you will be charged late fees if you do not pay your bill on time.
- I AM ALREADY A ROGERS CUSTOMER AND I HAVE A BUNDLE PACKAGE FOR INTERNET AND TV. IF I SIGN UP FOR ROGERS CONNECTED FOR SUCCESS, WILL I LOSE MY BUNDLE DISCOUNT OR MY SUBSCRIPTION PROMOTION?
Rogers Connected for Success offer special rates to qualified customers, therefore customers who take advantage of these individual plans or bundles are not eligible for any additional discounts or promotions.

NCF – National Capital FreeNet
$25/month
NCF offers service to Ottawa Community Housing residents at a reduced rate through our Community Access Fund. All of our plans have unlimited usage so you can use the internet as much as you need to, without fear of additional charges.

There is a monthly dry line cost of $5 plus tax for DSL if there is no landline telephone service.
