OCH would like to notify their tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption as of November 15, 2024. No mail or parcels will be delivered, and no new items will be accepted for the duration of this national strike. For the latest information on Canada Post, visit Negotiation Page.
In the meantime, we ask all tenants not to send their rent cheques and money orders in the mail, starting immediately. There are multiple options offered for tenants to pay their rent on time. Check out your options here: Rent Payment Options
