Overview

Built in 2016 the Hayley Court townhomes are located close Lees station. This new development is constructed on the foundations of an existing fire damaged structure that used to house 14 homes. This redesign adds 2 additional homes with a total of 10 additional bedrooms and a split level style concept with south / north frontage that maximizes sunlight and cross ventilation for increased tenant comfort. Two of the 3-bedroom townhouse layouts can be easily modified to increase the bedroom count by one (to a 4-bedroom) to accommodate the needs of a larger family.
